This course is aimed at staff who may be feeling overwhelmed with the challenges within a busy, and ever changing, work environment.
The course will help delegates to:
- Understand the difference between pressure and stress
- Understand the role of resilience in managing pressure and stress
- How to recognise the symptoms of stress and overwhelm and understand personal triggers
- Learn tools and techniques and how to take positive action to reduce of avoid stress and increase resilience
Delivery will be via online recorded video, accompanied by a workbook, enabling self-reflection ahead of an online live virtual seminar which would allow discussion and interaction about each topic. At the virtual seminar, participants can share their issues and can come up with solutions.
