Based in Truro, the Shift Manager will work flexibly across the range of call centre duties. These include, home visit and treatment centre dispatch duties, manning health care professional phone lines and navigating care across the spectrum of Cornwall IUCS delivery.
The successful candidate will require excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with the vast and varied multidisciplinary team, whilst maintaining a positive working environment. We’re looking for candidates with previous call centre/customer service experience or experience of working with members of the public, with a passion and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
