Covid Vaccinator Support

Register as a Covid Vaccinator on our Staff Bank!

Here at Kernow Health CIC, we offer support to GP’s and their running of Covid vaccination clinics.  We can provide extra staff to practices as part of our Covid Bank, which include Nurses, GPs, HCSW’s and admin staff. We are always looking for people to join our Staff Bank who can provide additional support.

If you would like to join the Staff Bank or need further information, please contact kernowhealthcic.workforce@nhs.net.

Temporary Registration for retired staff

Are you a retired GP? You can return to work under the Emergency Registration Practitioner programme. Gain temporary registration to support the vaccination programme today – further guidance is available from the GMC, BMA, and RCGP.

Or are you a retired Nurse? You can also return under temporary registration; further details are available via the NMC.

Already working in General Practice or in health?

Roles such as vaccinators, vaccination supervisors, post vaccination observers and administrators are needed so if you already work in General Practice or in health, and have availability to support the vaccination programme, you can join the wider Staff Bank as a Covid vaccinator.

Different options when joining the Staff Bank

You can opt to join the Staff Bank on either a Locum basis or a zero-hour contract. We carry out recruitment checks and verify your Covid qualifications as part of our Clinical Onboarding process.  Once these are complete, you can go onto the Staff Bank and be available to support practices.

Certified Disability Confident Committed Employer
