Course Objective
This interactive workshop has been designed specifically for staff working in general practice to help them understand the implications of practice registration with the Care Quality Commission. Delegates will learn about the Fundamental Standards that the practice has to comply with and how they can help to achieve compliance through their everyday work and interactions with patients.
