Managing Workload to Reduce Stress – 14th October 2021

This session explores how to work more effectively through understanding work priorities, delegating well and maintaining a management workload. This workshop is aimed is aimed at managers and operational / team leads (reception, IT, admin etc).

This is a short 1-hour interactive session designed to provide an opportunity for practical problem solving and personalised tips for improving resilience in challenging times.

This course will be hosted via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, with details confirmed prior to the event.
