How to support your team without burning out yourself – 6th July 2022

Resilience Training

We are offering a series of resilience webinars linked to the Shapes Toolkit developed by Dr Rachel Morris.  She is GP who knows what it like to work in a high-stress environment and has designed this training for those working in healthcare.  Limited time and high workload mean that many healthcare professionals don’t have the time to access the support, even if it’s out there.  Dr Rachel Morris developed the Shapes Toolkit Programme to address workplace issues and help individuals help themselves.  Her workshops are designed for those on the edge of burnout, those who want to stay resilient, become more focussed and productive and regain control over their working life.   Based on a series of resilience and coaching tools, her training is designed to help you take control of your time and workload, increase your wellbeing, and change your response to stressful situations.

We are running a series of webinars to introduce you to the tools and focus on specific topics.

Session 3: How to support your team in the new ways of working without burning out yourself

Many leaders are worried about the wellbeing of their teams.  This session explores how we often try to ‘fix it’ for everyone, taking the rescuer in the drama triangle.  It encourages you to focus on your own wellbeing and get out of the rescuer role, helping others to solve their own problems.
