This course will be delivered face to face at Victoria Offices, Station Approach, Victoria, St Austell, PL26 8LG, in the Victoria Suite.
Building on the Autumn/Winter programme of People Management Masterclasses, this course provides an overview of the appraisal process, together with the development of practical skills required to carry out an effective appraisal. It also focusses on the continued development of your staff to enable upskilling and progression within your Practice. This is a half-day interactive and practical course to help you feel more confident in conducing appraisals with your staff. This course is delivered by Jo Redgrave from Sevenstone HR, an independent HR Professional and Executive Coach.
This course is aimed at anyone with People Management Responsibility, including Admin Team managers, Practice Managers, Operational managers, Nurse Leads and GP Partners. Whilst attendance at one of the People Masterclasses is desirable, it is not essential.
