Hi9 - Medical reminder bot - Design Sprint with Hi9

 

Hi9 specialises in Audio Digital Assistants and Chatbots.  They had been considering a number of product ideas to be applied within the health and case industry.  For Hi9 this was a new area and they wanted to undertake further learning for their product ideas prior to building and launching.

Hi9 approached Kernow Health to access GPs within its network to help answer critical business questions around design ideas, prototyping, product needs and priorities. Kernow health was able to quickly identify suitable GP’s and secure their input.  Together, Hi9 and Kernow Health took a user led approach, engaging GP’s in a half day Design Sprint.

Engaging users in this way reduced the length of time to conduct market research, identified potential revenue opportunities, reduced the risk of bringing a new product to market and helped focus attention on a series of product ideas that Hi9 were able to take forward.
