keeping general practice at the heart of patient care in Cornwall...

The Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Community Education Provider Network (CEPN), led by Kernow Health CIC, have created a steering group who can assess need and match scarce resources to deliver a range of projects (some nationally mandated and some identified locally) across following areas:

  • Workforce
  • New operating models of care delivery across a range of scales from Practice level to STP footprint
  • Transformative projects delivering change to systems and processes
  • Systemising Quality Improvement

If you have a project idea or plan that would potentially address any of these areas you may apply for CEPN funding by completing the Project Initiation Document (PID). The complete PID is considered at a CEPN Steering group meeting using the Project decision making matrix (located at the end of the PID). In exceptional circumstances a PID may be considered between steering group meeting.
